Being
a new surfer at 40 and over six feet tall, Mark Scott customized
the right longboard for me. Taking it out the first time I was
up and riding the waves. If your looking for a new longboard,
give Mark a call. You will be impressed.

Mark
shaped me a 8'3" fun board that was similar to a board
I had ridden last summer. It was just what I ordered and actually
rode much nicer with more glide than the board it was modeled
after. For my first fun shape, this board gets a shortboarder
like myself smiling through the summer. :).....at 34, I'm still
not ready to surf a plank!

"I'm
a 17 year old San Diegan and wanted to learn how to surf. Mark
took me out and taught me the basics, then we decided to have
him build us a 9' 1" longboard with customized inlay in
the traditional Hawaiian style. The board went in the water
for the first time in January 2002 in chilly 58 degree water
at the Scripps Pier in La Jolla. The board handles great, is
easy to ride, and is a lot of FUN!"

I had
Mark custom make me a new longboard 9'6." I already have
a 9'6" but it doesn't ride anything like this, paddling
is effortless that is laying or on my knees. Catches waves like
a dream, turns and responds really quick even as a single fin.
I haven't tried it with side fins yet, but I know it will be
really fast and responsive.
Thanks for a great board

I
have been surfing long boards since 1973 all along the California
coast. I got a chance to ride one of Marks longboards
and man oh man, what a difference in ease of catching waves,
snappy tail whip turns and crankin accelerating bottom
turning! The glide was superb and I got some of the best nose
rides of my life! Not all long boards work well
I have
ridden some real dog boards over the years but Markos
sticks really work great
I am stoked to ride a board that
paddles, turns and noserides all awesomely well!
